彦波瀲武鸕鶿草葺不合尊

豊玉姫は妹の玉依姫を連れて浜辺にやってきた。

豊玉姫は彦火火出見尊に言った。

彦火火出見尊は我慢出来ず覗いた。
豊玉姫は出産の時身体が竜になった。
豊玉姫は恥じながら言った。
「もし私を辱しめる事がなかったら、海と陸はお互いに通じ、孤立する事は無かったでしょう。
しかし私は恥をかかされました。
もう親密に出来ません。」
豊玉姫は生まれた子を萱で包んだ。
そして子に名前を付けた。
この名は「彦波瀲武鸕鶿草葺不合尊（ひこなぎさたけうがやふきあえずのみこと）」
そして豊玉姫は海の道を閉じて海の宮殿に帰った。
豊玉姫は玉依姫に子を養育させた。
彦火火出見尊は５８０歳で亡くなった。

彦波瀲武鸕鶿草葺不合尊（ひこなぎさたけうがやふきあえずのみこと）は叔母の玉依姫と結婚した。
２人は全部で４人の子を産んだ。
生まれた順と名は、彦五瀬命（ひこいつせのみこと）。稻飯命（いないいのみこと）、三毛入野命（みけいりののみこと）、神日本磐余彦尊（かむやまといわれひこのみこと）。
彦波瀲武鸕鶿草葺不合尊は久しく後に死亡した。
