磯城津彦玉手看天皇は玉手看（タマテミ）が通称。
安寧（アンネイ）が諡号である。
玉手看は綏靖（スウゼイ）天皇の嫡男である。
玉手看の母は五十鈴依媛（イスズヨリヒメ）です。
五十鈴依媛は事代主の次女です。
綏靖天皇の25年、玉手看は皇太子になった。
その時、玉手看の年齢は21歳。
綏靖天皇の33年、夏、5月。
綏靖天皇は死亡した。
その年の7月3日に玉手看は即位した。
安寧天皇の元年。冬、10月11日。
玉手看は綏靖天皇を倭の桃花鳥田丘上陵（ツキタノオカノウエ）の御陵に埋葬した。
玉手看は綏靖天皇の皇后を皇太后と呼んだ。
この年、癸丑。
安寧天皇の2年。
玉手看は都を片塩に移した。
これを浮孔の宮という。

玉手看は渟名底仲媛（ヌナソコナカヒメ）を嫁にした。

渟名底仲媛は皇后になった。

渟名底仲媛は皇后になる前に二人の皇子を産んだ。

第一子の名は息石耳（オキソミミ）。

第二子の名は大日本彦耜友（オオヤマトヒコ-スキトモ）。

安寧天皇の11年。春。1月1日。

玉手看は耜友を皇太子にした。

第三子の磯城津彦（シキツヒコ）は猪使連（イツカイムラジ）の先祖だ。

安寧天皇の38年。冬、12月6日。

玉手看は死んだ。
57歳だった。
