神功皇后が神を祀る。

気長足姫（オキナガタラシヒメ）は息長宿禰（オキナガスクネ）の娘です。
息長宿禰は開化天皇のひ孫です。
気長足姫の母は葛城高顙媛（カズラギヌカタヒメ）です。
気長足姫は仲哀天皇の2年に皇后になった。
気長足姫は幼児から聡明で叡智だった。

仲哀天皇の9年。春。2月。
気長足姫の夫の足仲彦（仲哀）天皇が筑紫の香椎宮で死んだ。

「私は尾田の吾田節（アカタフシ）の淡（アワ）郡に居る神です。」

「天事代於虛事代玉籤入彥嚴之事代主神（アメニコトシロ　ソラニコトシロ　タマクシイリビコ　イツノコトシロ）です。」
気長足姫はまた質問した。

ついにまだ神があるとは言わなかった。
気長足姫は神の声を聞き、啓示のまま祀った。
