稚足彦の死去。

成務の5年。秋。9月。
稚足彦（ワカタラシヒコ）は諸国に発令した。
稚足彦は国造（知事）を立て、県や村に稲置（イナキ・長官）を配置した。
稚足彦は盾と矛を与えた。
これを就任の印にした。
稚足彦は山や川で国や県の境界を作った。
また縦横の道で村の境界を作った。
稚足彦は東西を日の横、南北を日の縦と定めた。
山の南側を影面、山の北側を背面と呼称した。
これにより人民は安らかで、天下泰平だった。

成務の48年。3月1日。
稚足彦は甥の足仲彦（タラシナカツヒコ）を皇太子にした。
足仲彦は日本武（ヤマトタケル）の息子だ。

成務の60年。夏。6月11日。
稚足彦は死んだ。
107歳だった。
